Deadly Nightshade

While I like the way these nightshade berries glow in the morning autumn sun, I’m not in love with this photo.

I was attracted to the way the light was shining through the red somewhat transparent berries. Problem was they grew among blackberry briars part way down a steep, rocky incline. I got as close as I could, but couldn’t get the angle I really wanted. And since last summer I slipped, fell and broke my left leg on a similar sort of hillside, this picture will have to do. At least for now.

I’ll add it to my bucket list: Get a better glowing shot of deadly nightshade berries in the future.
