Still concentrating on color in photography and how it can affect the viewer’s mood.

This lavendar is much lighter and brighter than my last post of dark teasels, even though both were taken on the same frosty morning and within a few feet of each other.

  2. I love Queen Anne’s. I have some pressed ones I got in Canada, and they press so beautifully–just like . . . well, like lace! 🙂

    • I’ve tried drying them but not pressing.

      There’s that small red dot in the middle of each. When I was a young girl, my mom told me that was a drop of blood from Queen Anne pricking her finger with a needle while sewing.
