I interrupt our current Wildlife Safari program to bring you a shot of Abby, our indoor/outdoor cat. (I’ll get back to the safari photos tomorrow).

My husband says Abby looks possessed in this photo. I think she looks like a cat outdoors on a sunny day. Which is exactly what she was.

Cats have those ticked-off looking eyes. Especially when their pupils are mere slits in bright light. But they can’t help that now, can they?

Abby will be 11 in June. I’ve had her since she was six weeks old. She’s a good kitty.  She never gets on the counters or the dining table. She doesn’t scratch the furniture. And best of all, she doesn’t require a litter box. Instead, she goes to the door like a dog to ask to go outside to do her business.

She’s truly not possessed.
