This is a litter of kittens that were born at our house a couple of years back.

The way they were sleeping – huddled against the base of a big fir tree in our backyard was cute in itself. But the fact that the only “odd” cat in the pile of smokey grays was sleeping with her face in the center just added to my reasons to record the moment.

Look for that one “odd man out” when composing photos. It can add a lot of interest.
