Another bit of entertainment from this year’s Oregon State Fair. I didn’t catch the dog trainer’s name, but the Border collie’s name is Holiday.

Holiday used the trainer’s body as a launching pad to catch the Frisbee.

There were many dogs in this show, but the Border collies was my favorite.

Photographically speaking, I do wish there hadn’t been so much clutter in the background. I could Photoshop it out, I suppose. But this is a journalistic shot, so that would just be wrong in my book.

I do like how the composition turned out. The yellow Frisbees on the ground make a path to the man in his yellow shirt, the dog with the yellow Frisbee, and there’s a yellow balloon in the background.
