Here are my sons playing in the rocks alongside Cheadle Lake in Lebanon, Oregon. Those are California poppies in the background.

I didn’t take as many photos over the summer as I took during last school year. The light is so harsh in the summer, except in the morning and evening hours. It seemed for the most part, those magical summertime hours were spent with family, not out on photo safari.

I just got back from an overnight trip to Central Oregon to visit my daughter and some friends. I didn’t take a lot of photos, but I took some. I haven’t had a chance to look through them on my computer yet. But I’m hoping for at least a couple interesting enough to post here.
