I took this a month or so ago while walking around the quaint little town of Brownsville, Oregon, where I lived from 2001-2003. I am still so charmed by Brownsville that I’m writing a series of books set in a similar fictional town – the Bellham Romance Series. Click here for the free prequel in the series.

The shop in this photo is called Isabella’s Garden and it’s in a historical house just off the beaten path. It was closed the day I happened by, but I’d love to explore inside another day. A shop like this would fit right in to the charming town of Bellham!
